[Gnumed-devel] states per country

Dear all,

currently our backend has states/regions for Germany,
Australia, Austria, Spain, Canada, and the US.

People from any other country around here please
speak up and supply a list of states. Countries
that don't have a state list at release time will
be supplied with a "default state" so the general
audience can add patients.
