[Gnumed-devel] database name

Hello all,

the database name has changed from gnumed to gnumed_v2. The
number indication the version will be bumped up whenever
people are supposed to install a schema change. That way the
new database can be installed without fear of interfering
with the existing and running database. The number does not
correspond to the client version, btw.
