No. Please do read the relevant section of the User Manual
in either 0.1 or the Wiki. Documentation doesn't help if
people don't read it. If the episode was the consultation
what would be the encounter then ?

Why, of course. This is the standard concept of an episode
in any of the relevant literature.

 ie captain kirks lacerated wound, starts an episode,

No. All subsequent parts of consultations (eg encounters)
related to that wound (eg problem) are just that -
sub-encounters related to the laceration episode.

Yes, episode names are problem labels. The episode itself is
the time within which the problem was dealt with (eg care
was given).
