[Gnumed-devel] new things in CVS head

Episodes now auto-close when a new one is generated for a
health issue and the old one is older than 90 days.

There is a configuration option

 ("patient_search.always_reload_new_patient")

that can be used to force GNUmed to reload all patient data
after a search even if the newly selected patient is the
same as the previously selected one (as requested by Richard).

A consultation summary is now auto-generated just before the
patient is changed. Only if any clinical data was actually
added to any episodes. The summary is generated from the
episode names of the touched episodes. But only if the
summary is either empty or "auto-generated". There is no
user interaction for modifying the summary (yet).
