Firefox usually downloads to the Desktop directory of the current user
e.g "c:\Document and Settings\Tom\Desktop"
View the page source , to see where the downloads are from

After downloading, go back to the batch file and continue installing. Note that you must download into the same directory as the %FIREFOX_DOWNLOAD_DIR% environment variable in the batch file, in order for the batch file to execute the install
