See, this is precisely the sort of document not worth the
paper it's printed on. *Any* of the "statements" in this are
commonplace smoke screen.

Nice, large and detailed. If people come up with something
like that for GNUmed, fine. Don't expect dates to be held
up. And once the plan is there be sure to monitor progress
somewhere people can see it. Or better yet do something to
facilitate progress.
