- select patient
- goto "import documents" tab
- add a few pages to the new document
  - a scan
  - a pdf
  - a text file
  - an image file
  - a video file
  - an audio file
- add the necessary metadata
- save the new document
- switch to "document tree" tab
- showcase the sort modes
- work your way to the newly added document
- sequentially activate each of the parts thus invoking several players/viewers
- sign off this review of the document
