the updated version seemed to work with "trang", the w3c schema
converter
application available on debian ( not sure if it is contrib or non-free
though.)
e.g.
python schemascan2.py -o gnumed.rnc
trang -i rnc -o xsd gnumed.rnc gnumed.xsd
well, now that gnumed is getting trendier, not sure what to do with
this.
