Attached find screenshots of the allergy manager (can be
re-used later in parts or as a whole in a more integrated
UI).

One shows a patient without any allergies. Note the "flavour
of null" buttons being enabled.

The other shows a patient with just one allergy and that one
is selected in the list thereby the edit area below is
filled in with values. The flavour-of-null buttons are
disabled but the delete button is enabled now.

Please comment.
