Osirix is not needed but just a nice Dicom viewer for Mac. If you don't need 
an Dicom viewer (cath lab CD, x-ray-images, echocardiography loops) you don't 
have to install it. In the future we might restructure in a way that we don't 
show optional features. For now we just grey them out.
