To intall the database into PostgreSQL you will have to run
the bootstrapper which is a Python script and requires
psycopg2 to be installed, too.
Download the server tarball, unpack, go to server/bootstrap/
and run bootstrap-latest.sh.
If any problems show up feel free to ask for more advice.
