[Gnumed-devel] EMR Journal plug-in improvement suggestion

Can the plug-in parse more smartly so that after it has read the sOap  
value of the first among the rows for any given encounter, the plug- 
in suppresses (omits) repeating that value for the rest of the rows  
of that type, next writing the value if and when it changes within  
the encounter, as per example (apologies if is not displayed in  
monospace):
