Running from CVS... after an initial patient is loaded, an  
unsuccessful search creates problems further down.

Find "kirk" ... Kirk is displayed

        Kirk, Capt. James Tiberius

Now I want to search for "uhura"... click in search box. Cursor  
inserts, and fragment refreshes to

        Kirk, Capt. James Tiberius [kirk]

--> instead of cursor-insert can the default action be to select-all  
text, this way it is one less action to clear the field to input a  
new search?

Delete text and search for "uhura" --- unsuccessful --- choose "Go  
back" but now Kirk remains in focus with his name displayed as

        Kirk, Capt. James Tiberius [uhura]

Press cursor-up, search box refreshes to reveal last search

        uhura

I then searched (again) on uhura and have the nasty feeling that on  
my first attempt it was Kirk (!) who was offered to me in the list of  
search matches, but I could not reproduce this unless there is  
something you think that could explain it in the code that may need  
to be adjusted.

Then I returned to the search box and by keeping what was already there

                Kirk, Capt. James Tiberius [uhura]

I hit "enter" and after I did not get any matches on the above and  
clicked "Go back" the search box was of course updated to

        Kirk, Capt. James Tiberius [Kirk, Capt. James Tiberius [uhura]]
