Given the number of formats supported that'd be rather
unwieldy. We might exemplarily include some of them. Which
ones would you suggest ?

My plan is to track time-of-birth in an extra field when
someone (like a pediatrician) needing that turns up. Until
then the time part is largely ignored but can be set if it
is known.
