[Gnumed-devel] Release of 0.3

Hello all,

I have decided to release the next version under 0.3 (test
results justifies the version jump) with the existing test
results handling infrastructure. This will allow for

a) a release within the next 2 weeks (famous last words)

b) a stable, released base for $mirth to work with

The functional status is that one can manually enter, edit,
view and evaluate test results. Test types can be added on
the fly but not edited yet. This is enough basic
functionality to warrant a release-early release-often
decision. 0.3 has been long in the tooth for various reasons
already.

We will be building upon that to add import, matching, test
type management, order support etc.
