1) How did you setup postgresq server ? Did you follow the configuration hints 
in our wiki ?

2) How did you install the gnumed database into the configured postgresql ? 

We can work this out. The nice thing about it. Once we have solved it it will 
easily work on all upgrades and new versions so will worry about it only 
once.
