What is there (above) is already pretty good, and there is a  
"downside" to lengthening what is already.

Pointing to (or copy-paste posting) what is there just didn't seem  
the right tool to resolve the concerns by newer people.

Instead of my splicing "bits" onto BasicEmrConcept, it feels to me  
like what I put together (with your additions) is worth making a  
detail page for those individuals who are ready to acquire this  
clarification... I was thinking to link it near the bottom of  
BasicEmrConcept where it would provide visitors a branch alternative  
to _Next:_ Starting Gnumed
