Yes. You need to re-bootstrap gnumed_v9.

Because it doesn't need to access the "row_version" in the clin.v_test_results 
view which the
previous _v9 didn't yet have.

It will be released with 0.3, yes. It is just by coincidence, that 0.3.rc4 is 
equivalent to the current
CVS head.
