I do not yet have a complete end-to-end deployment solution
for this scenario. However, such scripts will

a) be .sql scripts under sql/vX-vY/fixups/ for the released version
b) be folded into the appropriate script for the current development version

After a fixups/.sql script is released it will, of course,
be applied by this shell script as well. Existing databases
will have to be fixed manually with the fixups/.sql scripts.
