Bugs are bugs, no matter whether they happen in distro or specific

Karsten, gpg-signed email is used at LP to prevent stuff like

http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.debian.devel.bugs.general/485343

which is present in big quantities at Debian's bug list and no need to
calculate noise ration on it - just look at today's date.
