The EMR tree is labeled

   Kirk, capt James... EMR

Personally I would prefer to reformat as

   EMR of Kirk... or
   EMR tree of or
   Tree of...

to distinguish this aspect of Kirk and break it visually from the name search 
box otherwise making the double listing of

<photo> Kirk, Capt James...
Kirk, Capt James

somewhat redundant-looking.
