It is like some situations in life... we receive a promise that we  
will not be asked again, but we are asked again .i.e. does not save /  
remember to ignore.

Is this a per-client (per config file) setting?

... this was running 0.3.2 from tarball, trying to apply it against  
local database whose language setting remains 'None'
