Attached find a current screenshot of the allergy manager.
Note the enlarged font in the phrasewheel which currently
has input focus.
Another screenshot shows the EMR tree. Note:
- the triangles in the tree
- the status line message about a saved screenshot
- the allergy state with "last reconfirmed" in the right hand panel
- the "clinically relevant *thereof*"
