Does anyone more than Karsten and I have opinions on relative
positioning when it would affect timelines? I do have the concern
that we have been raised with (and our brains trained under) the
convention in which new entries get appended, rather than pre-
pended, and therefore the visual presentation of text should always
proceed vertically downwards. This is in distinction to lists,
which can be sorted with most recent at the top or from oldest to
newest.
