[Gnumed-devel] improved EMR tree

Attached screenshot shows the improved encounter display:

The node label is constructed like this:

"date: AOE or RFE or type" truncated to 40 characters

And then there's a tooltip on encounter nodes detailing the
date/time/RFE/AOE without needing to click on the enocunter
to observe those details on the right.
