[Gnumed-devel] 0.4 release

I intend to release GNUmed 0.4 sometime next week.

For that to work out nicely I ask everyone to test the
release candidate packages now and report all the bugs I
forgot to fix.

To test the client you don't need your own server - the
public database is right there for your convenience. Use

        user any-doc / password any-doc

to gain access.
