True enough as can be seen in the wiki. It might make sense
to be able to select the scaling of the printout.

By the way on the CurrentMedicationList page I think that the word "dose" should be replaced by "strength" since the "dose" would be the instance of taking an amount, whatever that amount would be whereas "dosage" is the amount a person is supposed to take.

Is it ok for me to change "dose" to "strength" ?

I think one-half and one-quarter may satisfy most use cases if these can be appended to whole numbers:

        <whole number> + " and " + "fractional words"

e.g. 2 and one-half or
        two and one-half

e.g. if a patient is taking an oral anticoagulant (warfarin or nicoumalone) with a base strength of 2mg but their dosage is five mg daily their instruction could be

        Coumadin | warfarin | 2mg | - | - | 2.5 (two and one-half) | - |
