Attached find a fixup SQL script. After applying this the
bug is gone. It also installs a query accessible from the
Analysis Plugin which searches for the most likely candidate
patients having suffered from this bug.

Install it like this:

        psql -d gnumed_v10 -U gm-dbo -f v10-dem-identity-dob_trigger-fixup.sql

It can be run any number of times.

I'm sending this out in this form today because I'll be away
over the weekend. A formal bug fix release will follow on
Monday.
