[Gnumed-devel] Release 0.4.5

As announced on Friday here is the GNUmed 0.4.5 bug fix
release. Many thanks to our users who found a few bugs.

Changelog:

        0.4.4 -> 0.4.5

        FIX: _log.panic hiccuping on .conf files with malformed lists, should 
be _log.critical
        FIX: on Python 2.6 __new__ doesn't like extra parameters anymore

Those are non-critical. Upgrade at your convenience.

        10.4 -> 10.5

        FIX: SQL: dem.identity.dob trigger indiscriminately applied UTC to all 
incoming DOBs

This one is nasty. Under a certain combination of
circumstances (which way a new patient was entered, which
timezone you are in, whether daylight savings time is in
effect) the date of birth could end up shifted back by one
day. Apply this fix at your earliest convenience. This page
