- it occurs to me that while working in the (Progress) Notes editor, it could 
be very handy to keep available, in the upper left split -- among the Active 
Problems list -- the active episode that pertains to results...

- maybe the "results" episode could take its status from the same logic that 
informs the inbox? IOW the appearance of inbox items marks the results episode 
as open, making the last import conveniently browsable in the lower left, 
whereas the signing-off of all results by the owner (responsible clinician) 
would mark it as closed?
