I don´t use the broffice package ... I use a .deb of broffice 3.01 for the broffice web site.

I see that that's resolved for you now.

That doesn't really make sense, IMO:

apt-cache show broffice.org | grep Depends

       Depends: openoffice.org, openoffice.org-l10n-pt-br, openoffice.org-help-pt-br, myspell-pt-br

apt-cache show gnumed-client | grep office

       Recommends: xsane (>> 0.991), extract, ntp | ntpdate, aeskulap | amide | xmedcon, iceweasel | www-browser, openoffice.org-writer, python-uno, wgerman-medical, konsolekalendar, pgadmin3, xdg-utils

openoffice.org-writer should be fufillable by broffice.org -- Andreas ?

Anyway, a

       Depends: broffice.org
       Enhances: gnumed-client

would make for a nice start of

       gnumed-client-br

which could then also contain Rogerio's upcoming pt_BR translation ...
