So I was thinking on the situation Jim proposed these past days on a way to see the patients soAp rows in some way or another, and here is what I came up with:
start a "info" Problem in the Problem list.
So in this "info" you would put things as your thought on the disease and your view of future treatment.
Example: "Kirk must have his arm amputaded if infection doesn't resolve in 2 days"
I understand that Jim was thinking that the deal was how to keep on using this information ... and then I got it: Edit the Progress Note :)
Next visit you can edit this "info" as below:
Kirk must have his arm amputaded if infection doesn't resolve in 2 days
- never mind, merulian squash pod cured it with only slight halucinogenic side effects - Watch out for his addictive personality and after 10 days of quiting "pod" bring him in for new consult and discussion of weight gain over the years.
Just save if again and we are good to go.
Maybe even this could be the means to get to a "post-it" widget for "your eyes (and inbox) only" on every patient ... who knows ...
