[Gnumed-devel] Report plugin "contribute"

FYI I just ran a query and clicked the plugin's "Contribute" button.

The status line said:

        Thank you for your contribution to the GNUmed community !

Suggest:

1) insert a confirmation dialog:

Be *careful* that your contribution (the query itself) contains  
neither any person-identifiable search parameters, nor any  
objectionable search topics. Are you *sure* you wish to send this to  
the gnumed community mailing list?

2) remove the space preceding the !
