GNUmed does not parse ics files.

Looks like the Appointments plugin accesses information obtained through a command line call supported by Korganizer causing it to export its data in csv format.

I did find some postings about perl scripts that are able to parse Date and begin-time and Time zone and Summary information for non-repeating events in an iCal .ics file.
