This would enable a workflow in which (despite that patients would normally be created by the Medical Office Assistant (MOA) in the PMS and exported, and then imported if they did not already exist in GNUmed, else navigated to, optionally with the updating of contact information) it could *also* be possible that if I created patients on-call in GNUmed and tasked the MOA (using waitlist) to create and bill them, the MOA could do this/

It would only require the PMS to be willing to import a patient and to check against already-existence, and also to not confuse the files, as could be achieved by the above naming system?
