We now ship a script gm-remove_person.sh which can be run
from the command line. To remove the person with the primary
key 13 do this:

        ./gm-remove_person.sh gnumed_v11 13

We'll have to adjust this script later when there's more
test data.

This is then obsolete because the above can drop any patient
(given sufficient fixing).
