I do not really intend to bump any version number only because higher
versions are in testing.  The version number is bumped *only* if a
program does not work with lower versions.  There is no real reason to
increase version numbers of Dependencies because it makes live for
backporters easier if you don't set the minimum version in testing but
the minimum version which works.

Ahh, so that's a real reason to bump the version number.  Fixed
in SVN and will be effective in the next package upload.
