They most definitely include undeleted messages :-)

A fine point but true enough. Changed to:

        Welcome %(title)s %(lname)s !

        Below find the messages in your inbox.

but this may be too trival to even keep at all ?

It is filtering to messages related to the active patient,
not to clinical messages alone.

They do, even including non-patient messages.

Well, yes, all messages *for the current provider*.

But it is ?

It now displays:

        Show messages: () All  () Active patient's

This will

- always include messages for the current provider only  
  (as it used to)

- always include messages not related to any particular
  patient (as it used to)

- "ALL" will filter to messages related to any patient

- "Active patient's" will filter to messages related to the
  active patient only
