Please check also the following, whether also fixed:

Login
Inbox click "Active patient"
        filters out the clinicals (because no patient is yet selected)
search Kirk
        defaults to EMR tree
click Inbox
        still filtered to "Active patient"
        but does not show the clinical messages related to Kirk
click All patients (to be All for user)
        now Kirk's also appear
click Active patient (to be Active-patient related)
        now Kirk's are visible
        (but if agreement on last proposal, would no longer see the Galactica 
and Jekyll messages)
