it occurs to me that the field label "Notes" attracts the entry of notes that
the clinician would make for his or herself, whereas I understand the intent of
this field to hold additional clarifying instructions and/or caveats to the
patient, and which should or can appear on the printout.
Can I request/suggest that we consider to change this to one of:
Advice
Cautions
Directions
Fine print
Footnotes
Information
Precautions
Rx advice
Warnings
I favour "Directions" … it is only one character longer than the
currently-longest field label ("Substance")
