Oh, never fear, as soon as the result as such (regardless of
status) has been imported into the patient record it is
automatically flagged for review to the doctor's inbox.

The inbox will differentiate between new normals and new
abnormals the latter of which get higher priority in
display.

The flag in the inbox only disappears through the explicit
act of review. There is (even technically) no way to make it
accidentally disappear (and perhaps later forget about it).
