I have worked with a system which does not match data until reviewed, and with 
a system which matches data regardless, while awaiting review
and system 2 works better for *not missing* new results in a patient's file 
especially when doing locum work
so there is a list for each doctor of what they need to review, but it is 
matched already, and can be reviewed from the patient's file (while that 
person is present) or from the main list (at end of day)
