I tried to merge my "forms" and way of printing them to the main trunk, but 
stopped in the middle because of very important medical training I was busy 
with. I completed it in the January, so I hope to test it, and merge into 
most current trunk.
Now I'm almost out of internet until 07-02-2010 (vacations)
