the correct code to add your repo is:

urpmi.addmedia GnuMed
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/SebastianHilbert/Mandriva_2
010/i586 with media_info/hdlist.cz


I downloaded the rpm-files an run the genhdlist2-command local.

If genhdlist available for your distro, you can do it in this way.
The rpm-builder of Mandrivauser.de will build a deb in some day's (i
think so)
Otherwise give me a hint and I will update the media_info local.
