While this (see below) is clinically very sound there's bound to be
a million ever so slight variations thereof across the globe.

This is why GNUmed has got the hooks framework - before/after certain
actions a hook is pulled which can be used by users to invoke any sort
of local action. GNUmed does not yet, of course, offer hooks in all
desirable places. So feel free to request more hooks.

Regarding this vaccination/side-effects issue we could add a hook
that is invoked after a new progress note has been saved. Would
that make sense ?
