Yes, because there's 2 CRP values on that day. An
appropriate Gnuplot script could even display the time of
day next to the data point.

Sure, as many as you'd like. That depends on what was
selected in the measurements grid at the time.

If the appropriate Gnuplot script is supplied, sure.
Such Gnuplot scripts will be pre-definable and selectable at
plot time much like other templates (letters, visual
progress notes).
Attached find a data file GNUmed generates from Kirk's lab
data.
Whatever the user makes of that with help of Gnuplot.
Also attached find a sample Gnuplot script.
