[Gnumed-devel] Please test GNUmed server on Windows

Hi all,

Please download , install and test GNUmed server 13.2 on MS Windows.

http://www.gnumed.de/downloads/server/v13/GNUmed-server.13.2-1fullfrozen.exe

This version will not install python, mxTools or psycopg2. In fact it works 
without the installation of those packages.

If you have previously installed PostgreSQL and you are sure that you do not 
need it because you either have no other programs that depend on it or you 
have tried a previous GNUmed then please backup and remove it.

Make sure to backup and remove C:\Programme\PostgreSQL or C:\Program 
Files\PostgreSQL

Be sure to have backups !!

Then run

net /del user postgres

to remove the postgres user or else the installation of PostgreSQL will fail.

Please report how it works out as this package (no dependencies) will become 
the default for all future releases.
