new customer

demo/ct.pl?action=add&level=Master%2520Data--Add%2520Customer&db=customer

new service (e.g. flu shot)

demo/ic.pl?action=add&level=Master%2520Data--Add%2520Service&item=service

new invoice

Add%2520Sales%2520Invoice&type=invoice

a list of variables in their templates

und-variablen.html#zuordnung_dateinamen

functions called by the program
http://wiki.lx-office.org./index.php?title=Aufruf_von_Lx_Funktionen

from the command line one supposedly calls functions like that
#function.pl "path=bin/mozilla&action=ACTION&login=user&password=pass"

It might be a good idea to set up a demo instance of lx-office on the salaam.
Because of security implications we could configure a login only know to
GNUmed developers.

Those are some starters to look at. If anyone is interested in taking up the
work let me know.

I guess the best way to proceed would be to have a local installation of lx-
office/sql-ledger and documenting what functions to call for producing a new
invoice.
