I have pushed to my public tree some code which activates
DejaVu Sans on the top level frame on Windows. This *should*
make all windows inherit that setting. Testing will show
reality.

Note that even DejaFu Sans does not seem to be installed by
default on Windows so it would want to become a
recommendation.
