The bootstrapper asks the server which file it loads user
access permissions from. If the server knows that GNUmed
tries to read that file and scan it for the above regular
expression. If it doesn't find it it will give a helpful
message and put a hint into the log file. That hint includes
the regular expression it used to search for the holy
authentication directive.
